
In a Global supply network, a great many things you may order come from various sources. The same applies here. Most of our, Products are of foreign manufacture. With that said, if we do not have the item you request in stock at the time of ordering. It will be ordered from our suppliers and may take up to three weeks to reach you. We apologize for this in advance: however, it is unavoidable.

We make every effort to obtain a quality product from many countries and lands.
in the event of a conflict in a certain region, a product may become unavailable.
In such an event, we will refund your purchase. or you may select another product of equal value.
Minimum orders of merchandise. B2B, A minimum order of 110.00 on all orders.
Private orders of merchandise minimums. A minimum order of 85.00 on all orders
Private orders will be processed on the third week of every month and shipped as soon as fulfilled.
INSURANCE
Insurance will be placed on all orders over 200.00 at time of order. We (Store) Accept no responsibility of safe, timely delivery of your product, other than the act of sending the product to you. We (store) will provide you the customer with the shipping number & date of said shipping.
ALL orders that are not insured & lost in transport or damaged on arrival see below.
Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged or unusable, contact the store immediately. You are allowed a three-day window from the time of delivery to do this. If you miss the window a refund will not be possible. A new unit to replace the damaged one likewise will not be possible. We request that a photo of the damaged product be sent to our contact email address. The photo shall show every side of the merchandise and detail the damage. It shall also show time and date of the photo appearing in the photo along with the shipping label. It is our discretion to provide you with a partial /full refund of the product or send you a new unit at no charge to you. We reserve the right to choose which option best fits what we see. You will receive a new product or refund within thirty days of notification to us of damage.
Cancelation or order
You have 24 hours from ordering to cancel your order & receive a refund less 20% for restocking fee.
Request for cancelation after 24 hours from order date you will receive a refund less 40%
Once we have shipped your product, No Cancelation of your order is possible.
Refunds will be issued up to 30 Days later.
Premium, Collectors knives
Due to the higher cost of each blade & the care that must be taken to ensure its safe arrival to you, our valued customer. Each Premium blade will first pass through a Three-point inspection before it is shipped to you. We will take photos of each blade before it is sent to you. If the blade is found to be damaged and in anyway less, then the value you have paid for it. We will return the blade to the place of manufacture at our cost. You will be contacted and asked what you wish to be done.
